Privacy Policy
How we handle your personal data — and the rights you have over it.
Last updated: 26 July 2026
CabinCrewFlyer Consultancy ("CabinCrewFlyer", "we", "us", "our") operates cabincrewflyer.com and provides aviation career counselling, cabin crew and ground staff interview preparation, and related training services from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or enquire about our courses, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet our obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
The short version: we collect the details you type into our enquiry forms so a counsellor can call you back about a course. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with other training institutes, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@cabincrewflyer.com.

1. Data we collect
Information you give us directly
Our enquiry and application forms ask for the following. Fields marked required are the minimum we need to respond to you; the rest are optional and you may leave them blank.
| Field | Required | Why we ask |
|---|---|---|
| Full name | Yes | To address you correctly when a counsellor calls |
| Phone number | Yes | Primary way we contact you, by call or WhatsApp |
| Email address | Yes | To send course details, batch dates and fee structures |
| City | Yes | To advise whether online or classroom batches suit you |
| Course of interest | Yes | To route your enquiry to the right counsellor |
| Age | No | Airlines set minimum and maximum age limits for cabin crew recruitment |
| Highest qualification | No | Most airline roles require 10+2 as a minimum |
| Height and weight | No | Airlines apply published height and BMI criteria for cabin crew roles; we use this only to give you honest guidance on eligibility before you pay for a course |
| Message | No | Anything else you choose to tell us |
A note on height and weight. We ask for these because airline recruiters apply published physical criteria, and we would rather tell you honestly up front than take a fee for a course that cannot lead to the role you want. These fields are optional. We do not treat them as medical records, we do not share them with anyone outside CabinCrewFlyer, and you can leave them blank and still receive full counselling.
Information collected automatically
If analytics is enabled on this site, our analytics provider records technical and usage data such as the pages you visit, approximate city-level location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. See Cookies and analytics below.
What we do not collect
- We do not take payments through this website, so we never see your card, UPI or bank details.
- We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, passport numbers or any government identifier through this website.
- We do not collect health records, biometric data, caste, religion or political affiliation.
2. Why we collect it
We use your personal data only for the purposes below:
- Responding to your enquiry — a counsellor contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or email to discuss courses, eligibility, batch timings and fees.
- Assessing eligibility — giving you an honest view of whether you meet airline criteria before you commit to a course.
- Course administration — if you enrol, maintaining your training record, attendance and certification.
- Placement assistance — sharing your profile with recruiting airlines or partners only once you have enrolled and only with your specific consent for each sharing.
- Service updates — telling you about new batch dates or courses relevant to the enquiry you made. You can opt out at any time.
- Improving the website — understanding in aggregate which pages are useful.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.
3. Your consent
By submitting an enquiry form you consent to us collecting and using the data described above for the purposes listed. Submitting a form is voluntary — you are free to contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead and give us only your name and number.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@cabincrewflyer.com. Withdrawal applies going forward; it does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. If you withdraw consent while enrolled in a course, we may need to retain limited records to meet our contractual and statutory obligations.
4. Where your data is stored
Enquiry form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored in a Google Workspace account (Google Sheets) controlled by CabinCrewFlyer. Access is limited to authorised CabinCrewFlyer counsellors and administrators. Google acts as our data processor and may store data on servers outside India; Google's own privacy terms apply to that processing.
Where you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is held on WhatsApp's infrastructure and is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy in addition to this notice.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate — our web host, Google Workspace for form storage, and our analytics provider. They may process data only on our instructions.
- Recruiting airlines and hiring partners — only for enrolled students, only the details relevant to that application, and only with your specific consent for each opportunity.
- Legal authorities where we are required to disclose by law, court order or a valid request from a government agency.
We do not share your data with other training institutes, consultancies, advertisers or data brokers.
6. How long we keep it
| Record | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Enquiry that did not lead to enrolment | Up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted |
| Enrolled student training records | Up to 5 years after course completion, to support certificate verification and placement follow-up |
| Records with a statutory or tax obligation | As long as Indian law requires |
| Website analytics | Per our analytics provider's default retention, in aggregated form |
You can ask us to delete your data sooner than the periods above, and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access — ask what personal data of yours we hold and how we are using it.
- Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data where we no longer need it for the purpose it was collected and no law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent — as described in section 3.
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us and receive a response.
- Nominate — nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these, email support@cabincrewflyer.com with the phone number or email you used, so we can locate your record. We aim to respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not run cross-site behavioural advertising.
Your browser may store small amounts of data locally for functional reasons — for example, remembering that you have already dismissed the enquiry popup so it does not reappear during your visit. This is held in your browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.
Where website analytics is enabled, it is configured with IP anonymisation and is used only to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can block analytics entirely using your browser's privacy settings, an ad blocker, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking it does not affect your ability to use the site or submit an enquiry.
9. Children and minors
Our courses are intended for candidates who have completed 10+2 and meet airline minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, as required by the DPDP Act.
If you are under 18 and wish to enquire, please have a parent or guardian contact us on your behalf. If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 18 without proper consent, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe we hold such data should email us.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all form submissions, access controls on our Google Workspace account, and limiting access to staff who need it to do their job.
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our services, or the law, change. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be announced on this page, and where we hold your contact details and the change is significant, we will tell you directly.
