Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website or enrol in one of our programmes.
Last updated: 26 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cabincrewflyer.com (the "Website") and your enrolment in any programme, course, masterclass or consultation offered by CabinCrewFlyer Consultancy ("CabinCrewFlyer", "we", "us", "our"), a career consultancy registered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India (Govt. Reg. No. LUC/0025054).
By browsing this Website, submitting an enquiry form, or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website or enrol in our programmes.
The short version: we are a training and career-preparation consultancy. We coach you for airline interviews and actively help you apply, but we are not an airline, not a recruitment agency, and we cannot and do not guarantee a job. Hiring decisions belong entirely to the airline.

1. Who we are
CabinCrewFlyer Consultancy is an aviation career consultancy based at SGPGI, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226014, India. We prepare candidates for cabin crew, ground staff and related hospitality roles through interview coaching, communication training, grooming guidance and personality development.
Important: CabinCrewFlyer is not a DGCA-approved flying or aviation training organisation, is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline, and does not issue any government or regulatory licence. Certificates we issue are consultancy certificates of completion only. They are not a statutory or airline-recognised qualification.
2. What we provide
Depending on the programme you choose, our services may include:
- Spoken English and communication training for airline interviews
- Grooming guidance and airline-standard presentation coaching
- Personality development and confidence building
- Mock interviews, group discussions and structured feedback
- Resume and cover-letter guidance
- Information about open airline recruitment drives, and support with applying
Programme content, duration, batch timings, trainers and delivery mode (online, classroom or hybrid) are described on our Courses page. We may reasonably modify curriculum, schedule or trainers to maintain or improve quality; where a change materially affects you, we will inform you in advance.
3. Eligibility and enrolment
Airlines set their own eligibility criteria and change them from time to time. Typical requirements for cabin crew roles in India include a minimum of 10+2 (Class 12) qualification, an age range set by the airline, minimum height and vision standards, no visible tattoos in uniform-exposed areas, and fluency in English and Hindi.
We share these criteria in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, but we do not set them and cannot vary them. It is your responsibility to verify current requirements directly with the airline you intend to apply to before enrolling.
Enrolment is confirmed only once we have received your completed enrolment details and the applicable fee (or the agreed first instalment). We may decline or discontinue an enrolment where a candidate does not meet the stated criteria, where information provided is found to be false, or where conduct breaches clause 7.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your enrolment and will be treated as a party to these Terms alongside you.
4. Fees and payment
- Current fees for each programme are quoted by our counsellor at the time of enquiry and confirmed in writing before enrolment. Fees shown in any brochure or third-party listing are indicative and the written quotation prevails.
- Fees may be payable in full or in instalments where we have agreed to an instalment plan in writing.
- Payments must be made only to CabinCrewFlyer's official account or through a channel we confirm to you directly. We are not responsible for money paid to any individual or account we have not confirmed in writing.
- We issue a receipt for every payment received. Please retain it.
- Fees cover tuition and the services listed for your programme. They do not cover airline application fees, travel, accommodation, documentation, medical tests or any third-party cost, unless expressly stated.
- Where an instalment is overdue, we may suspend access to sessions until it is cleared.
5. Refunds, transfers and cancellation
We want you to be confident before you commit, so please ask every question you have before paying.
| When you cancel | What applies |
|---|---|
| Before your batch begins | Fees paid are refundable, less a non-refundable registration and administration component. The exact amount is stated in your written enrolment confirmation. |
| After your batch has begun | Fees are non-refundable, because seats are limited and your place has been reserved to the exclusion of another candidate. |
| You cannot attend for a genuine medical or family emergency | On written request with supporting documents, we will normally offer a transfer to a later batch rather than a refund. A transfer may be requested once. |
| We cancel or fail to run a batch | You may choose either a full refund of fees paid for that programme, or a transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost. |
| You are not selected by an airline | Not a ground for refund. Our fee is for training and preparation, not for a job outcome. Please read clause 6. |
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 working days of approval. Refund requests must be made in writing to support@cabincrewflyer.com.
6. Placement assistance — what it means
Placement assistance is not a placement guarantee. Nothing on this Website, in our brochures, on social media, or said by any of our staff should be understood as a promise, guarantee or assurance of employment.
"100% placement assistance" means that every enrolled student receives the full support we offer, namely:
- Resume and profile preparation for airline applications
- Notification of airline and airport recruitment drives we become aware of
- Mock interviews, grooming checks and interview-day preparation
- Guidance through the application and selection process
Selection is decided solely by the airline or employer, on their own criteria, at their own discretion, and subject to their vacancies at the time. Factors outside our control — including your performance on the day, medical and background checks, height, vision, tattoos, documentation, market conditions and hiring freezes — determine the outcome. We do not charge any commission from airlines and we are not a recruitment or placement agency.
Any figures we publish regarding students mentored or placed are cumulative since 2020, are based on information voluntarily reported to us by former students, and are indicative rather than audited. They are not a representation of the result any individual student will achieve.
7. Your responsibilities and code of conduct
By enrolling you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate and complete information about your age, qualification, physical parameters and background
- Attend sessions punctually and treat trainers and fellow students with respect
- Follow the grooming and dress guidance given for classroom and mock-interview sessions
- Not record, photograph, stream or share any session, trainer or study material without our prior written permission
- Not share your login, session link or study material with any non-enrolled person
- Not represent yourself as an employee, agent or franchisee of CabinCrewFlyer
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, or any unlawful conduct on our premises, in online sessions, or in student groups
We may suspend or terminate an enrolment for a serious or repeated breach of this clause. Where we do, no refund is payable.
8. Attendance, rescheduling and certification
- Batch dates and timings are notified in advance. We may reschedule individual sessions for reasons such as trainer illness, public holidays or technical failure, and will offer a replacement session.
- Missed sessions are your responsibility. We will try to accommodate a catch-up where a batch is running, but we cannot guarantee an individual repeat of a missed session.
- Online sessions require you to arrange your own device, internet connection and a suitable environment. We are not responsible for your connectivity or hardware.
- A CabinCrewFlyer Certificate of Completion is issued at the end of a programme subject to satisfactory attendance and participation, and to fees being fully paid.
9. Course material and intellectual property
All course content, notes, presentations, question banks, videos, recordings, templates, session structures, branding, the CabinCrewFlyer name and logo, and the content of this Website are the intellectual property of CabinCrewFlyer Consultancy or its licensors.
Material shared with you is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use during and after your programme. You may not copy, resell, republish, distribute, upload to any platform, or use it to run or assist a competing training service. We reserve all rights and remedies for infringement.
10. Use of this Website
- Content on this Website is provided for general information about our services. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or omission.
- Eligibility criteria, airline names, batch dates and course details may change without notice. Always confirm current details with us directly before acting on them.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, interfere with its operation, submit false enquiries, scrape it, or use it to transmit unlawful or malicious content.
- Testimonials on this Website are individual accounts shared voluntarily by former students. They describe those individuals' experiences and are not a prediction of your result.
11. Third-party names, logos and links
Airline names, marks and logos shown on this Website — including but not limited to IndiGo, Air India, Air India Express, SpiceJet, Akasa Air, Emirates and Qatar Airways — are the property of their respective owners. They are displayed only to indicate organisations where students have reported being placed, or which candidates commonly apply to. Their use does not imply any partnership, affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or recruitment tie-up between those organisations and CabinCrewFlyer.
This Website may link to third-party sites and services (for example WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram or YouTube). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- Our total liability to you in connection with a programme is limited to the total fees you have actually paid to us for that programme.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of employment, loss of an opportunity, loss of earnings, travel or accommodation costs, or disappointment arising from not being selected by an airline.
- We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, strike, civil disturbance, government restriction, or failure of internet or power infrastructure.
- You are responsible for the safety of your personal belongings on our premises.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.
13. Privacy and communications
The personal data you submit through our enquiry and application forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is written to meet our obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
By ticking the consent box on an enquiry form, you agree that a CabinCrewFlyer counsellor may contact you by telephone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your enquiry and about our programmes. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp, or by emailing support@cabincrewflyer.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Sessions and events may be photographed or recorded for training and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such material, tell us in writing and we will exclude you.
14. Complaints and grievance redressal
If something has gone wrong, we would like the chance to put it right. Write to support@cabincrewflyer.com with the subject line "Grievance", setting out your name, programme, batch and what happened. We will acknowledge within 7 working days and aim to resolve the matter within 30 days.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your enrolment.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programmes, our practices, or the law. The version published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown at the top, is the version that applies. Where a change materially affects students currently enrolled, we will notify them directly.
